You can still make a snowman and play bingo. You will have until 25th of February to complete the furniture from Ski Series.
Fish tourney takes place every third Saturday in January. It will start from 9AM until 6PM on your town plaza. He will require you to catch a Horse Mackerel, Pond Smelt, or Sea Bass. This is your chance to complete the fish set items from Chip and a trophy if you win the tourney.
