Beppe, a brand new character to the Animal Crossing series, is an employee at OK Motors along with Giovanni and Carlo. When you first visit OK Motors, he's introduced as the painter of the group. Later, you can look at the special paint jobs they have at the moment behind him, and he'll direct you to talk to Giovanni to handle your camper customizations.
