Carlo, a brand new character to the Animal Crossing series, is an employee at OK Motors along with Giovanni and Beppe. When you first visit OK Motors, he's introduced as the mechanic of the group who used to work with Giovanni's father and "don't say much". Later, if you talk to him, he'll make a joke about spilling paint and oil on yourself.
