Not everyone likes bugs and more people won’t like catching bugs but Animal Crossing bugs are cute and some friends may want them as a request.
Sunburst Island
Beetles can be found on trees. Be careful not to walk too close or they will run away. Tap on the beetle to command your character to catch it and then tap again when you see the ‘!’ icon. Be quick! If the ‘!’ icon goes away the beetle will run away and you will miss your chance to catch it. The more rare the beetle the harder it will be to catch it!
Butterflies can be found flying around Sunburst Island. Be careful not to walk too close or they will fly away. Tap on the butterfly to command your character to catch it and then tap again when you see the ‘!’ icon. Some butterflies will be easy to catch and you won’t need to wait for the ‘!’ icon while rarer butterflies will be harder to catch. Be quick! If the ‘!’ icon goes away the butterfly will run away and you will miss your chance to catch it.
Players can spend 15 leaf tickets to catch bugs with honey. Using honey will catch a big amount of bugs. You can choose which kind of bug you want to have more of in a single catch. Looking for beetles? Use beetle honey. Looking for butterflies? Use flutter honey!
