During this event, Franklin will ask you to collect some ingredients for his cooking in your town plaza. You'll need to visit indoor villagers to assemble these ingredients. A piece of Harvest series furniture or a fruit basket is reward for helping him.

Some ingredients are readily useable in your town like fruits and fishes. Other ingredients will be acquired from the indoor villagers. Talk to those indoor villagers in chef outfit and they'll ask you for a certain ingredient in exchange for some other. They might give you hint for a secret ingredient for a certain dish.
After you turned over the ingredients to Franklin, he will hand you a piece of Harvest series furniture or a fruit basket. If you handed a secret ingredient for every dish four times, he'll give you a Cornucopia.
