Since no official announcement has done yet, it is still unknown that if the game has Gacha like other JP smartphone games.
Animal Crossing mobile will be the third smartphone game that Nintendo developed in cooperation with DeNA. The first one was Super Mario Run, and it doesn't have Gacha. The second one was Fire Emblem Heroes, and it has Gacha called Hero Summon.
If there is Gacha, players may pull outfits, tools, and other kind of items that help you make your own unique avatar or decorate your house.
Since Animal Crossing mobile is not a PvP game, the game will be non-pay-to-win game, even if there is Gacha or in-app purchase.
It is also assumed that rerolling will be a strategy players do to get their favorite town layout or better villagers if Animal Crossing mobile has that feature.
Although favorite town layouts vary among every player. It depends on your personal preferences, many players preferred the Re-Tail is just beside or a small walk away from the train station for them to sell stuff easily.

 Lolly | Lolly is another cat villager. She is a sweet tabby cat and her house composed of Alpine series and Modern wood series. |
 Merengue | Merengue is rhino villager resembles to a strawberry shortcake. This pink rhino has a few furniture from sweet series. |
 Flurry | Flurry is a white hamster villager. Her name and appearance is related with the snow. Her house consist of regal and minimalist item. |
 Bob | Similar to Rosie, Bob appeared in every Animal Crossing game. This lazy cat villager is easy to be friend with. His house has the set of kiddie furniture. |
 Marina | This pink octopus is easy to get along with and woke up early. She owns a lot of Lovely furniture. |
 Lucky | Lucky is similar to a mummy because of his bandages. This laid-back dog has an Egyptian inspired house. |
 Diana | Diana is cute white deer who love to gossip and make-up. Her house is elegant and feminine. |
 Chief | This orange wolf villager will appear grumpy and difficult to be with. Chief is so competitive and enjoy passing around rumors. |
 Ankha | Ankha is another favorite feline villager who looks like a golden Egyptian cat. Similar to Lucky, she also has an Egyptian inspired house. |
 Fang | Fang is like the male version of Whitney. He is a gray grumpy wolf who has a modern Asian inspired home. |
 Zucker | Sucker looks like a takoyaki ball with a toothpick. He is popular due to his cuteness and friendly personality. |
 Skye | This sky blue wolf has a normal personality. An early bird and kind to the player. |
 Erik | This brown deer has a laid back lifestyle and friendly to almost everyone. His house is similar to a log cabin. |
