Animal Crossing folks worldwide, this will definitely make your day!
Nintendo will be airing the Animal Crossing Mobile Direct tomorrow, October 24th at 8PM PT or 11PM ET. This will be a live streaming on YouTube and Nintendo's website and will last roughly for 15 minutes. This video announcement will entire focus on our most awaited mobile game version of Animal Crossing.
As we all know, Animal Crossing Mobile was first announced around April of 2016 as part of Nintendo's earning report, but gives way to Super Mario Run mobile game and got delayed for several months. In their recent earnings report, Nintendo mentioned in their that they will boost their mobile gaming business so we are hoping this will be the beginning of their domination in that platform.
A Nintendo Direct normally includes actual video footage, game preview and possible release date of the title. We don't have much information about the game. It might be some kind of cross-title connectivity app for dedicated gaming systems or mobile version of the Animal Crossing New Leaf for Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo mentioned that the next mobile game they will release will have a comprehensive content so we are crossing our fingers it not be simply an app, but a full version of Animal Crossing game.
