TPC or Town Pass Card is similar to an ID with your name, your country and region, photo identity, your birthday, badge, Friend Code, Dream Address and your star-sign symbol. It also contains your catchphrase and current town initiatives. You’ll obtain it from Isabelle at the early part of the game. You can use this card to visit the other player’s town.
Changing Information on the Town Pass Card
Catchphrase You can edit the catchphrase by opening the TPC option, clicking the speech bubble and typing in your catchphrase.
Badge These badges are from Phineas. You can receive one from him by completing certain accomplishment. On the TPC option, just click the badge and select the badge you want to apply.
Photo To alter the photo in your TPC, you have to go to the Photo Booth located on the Main Street. It will cost you 500 Bells but you can retake as much as you can. You can strike a pose in the photo and add filters on it.
Dream Address To modify the dream address, you have to visit Luna in the Dream Suite. You have an option to hide it as well.
