You will sometimes see a balloon carrying a present box in the air. By shooting it using Slingshot, you will get Balloon series of furniture.
Once you see such balloons, never miss them! They carry Silver/Gold Slingshot. Using the tools you can shoot 2 or 3 of ammo at one time, and that let you shoot Balloons down easily.
You will see Balloon at 4 minutes past the hour.
